Built for developments where the finish matters.

For boutique schemes, individual luxury homes and high-value refurbishments, fitted furniture is part of the specification, not an afterthought. We help contractors and developers protect that finish while keeping the programme moving.

01 · DETAIL

Bespoke without standard-size compromises

Unusual ceiling heights, precise dimensions, specialist internals, painted finishes and individual materials can be manufactured to suit the design intent.

02 · PROGRAMME

A supplier that understands live construction

Phased handovers, access constraints and last-minute changes are normal on site. We coordinate with your site manager and wider project team.

03 · RESPONSE

Direct access when something changes

Our in-house facility means questions, replacement panels and amendments do not have to disappear into a national supply chain.

One fitted-furniture partner across the home.

Keep specification, finish and communication consistent by using one manufacturer for the spaces that need made-to-measure cabinetry.

A clear trade process

From architects' plans to handover.

01

Send plans, scope and programme

Share the drawings, rooms, approximate specification and target dates. We can give you an early budget indication before full design work begins.

02

Develop the specification

We work with your team, architect or interior designer to resolve dimensions, internals, finishes and practical site details.

03

Manufacture in-house

Cabinetry is cut, assembled and quality checked in our Bedfordshire facility. Units can leave fully assembled to make installation smoother.

04

Deliver around the build

We plan delivery around your programme and can support phased handovers rather than forcing the project around a fixed retail-style delivery model.

05

Install, or work with your fitters

Use our installation team for a complete service, or choose supply-only where you already have trusted fitters on site.

In-house manufacturing

Small business attention. Serious manufacturing capability.

Our 9,000 sq ft Bedfordshire facility brings manufacture, assembly, quality checking and storage under one roof, giving us control over quality and the flexibility to react when a project changes.

  • CNC manufacturing
  • Assembly & quality checking
  • Made-to-order dimensions
  • Storage for phased projects
  • Delivery or installation
  • Fast response to amendments

A more responsive alternative to a national supplier.

For smaller high-spec developments, the best partner is not always the biggest. The value is in accountability, flexibility and getting the detail right without slowing the site down.

What you get with Unique

  • Direct contact with a dedicated project team
  • Made-to-measure cabinetry as standard
  • One supplier across kitchens, bedrooms and fitted joinery
  • Supply-only or professional installation
  • In-house manufacturing and quality checks
  • Flexibility when dimensions or programme change

What developers want to avoid

  • Being forced into standard cabinet sizes
  • Multiple suppliers and inconsistent finishes
  • Long approval chains for small amendments
  • Delivery dates that ignore phased handovers
  • Snagging caused by poor factory checks
  • Generic retail service on a construction programme

Quality you can see in the details.

Use project photography to prove the finish, close-up details, complete rooms and behind-the-scenes manufacture. For this audience, real work is stronger than stock imagery.
